At Repko Family Vision Center, we give you personal service that only a local, family-owned and operated business can. We offer the best eye care services and products. Repko Family Vision Center opened in 2011 in Gate City, after Doctors, Taylor and Melissa, saw the need for quality eye care in Southwest Virginia. Our second location opened in Wise, Virginia, in December 2014. Repko Family Vision Center is family-owned and operated right here in Southwest Virginia. Since our company opened, we have worked hard to treat every patient like they were a part of our family, and try to ensure that our patients maintain optimal eye health.

Comprehensive Eye Examinations

Primary Vision Care Service provides comprehensive eye examinations starting from infancy to adulthood. Each exam includes testing of the visual system and a thorough examination of the patient’s ocular and systemic health. Even if your child does not display any signs of vision problems, a child’s first eye exam is recommended between the ages of 9 – 12 months. Our office welcomes those who are young, as well as the Young at Heart.

Ocular Disease Management

Eye and vision conditions can lead to pain, discomfort, vision loss and may even signal life threatening systemic health problems. At our offices, we diagnose and manage:

Glaucoma
Macular Degeneration
Diabetic Eye Disease
Ocular Infections
Dry-Eye Syndrome
Cataracts
Ocular Inflammation
Ocular Trauma (Including Foreign Objects)
Eyelid Lesions/Styes

Glasses and Contact Lenses

After all testing is complete, our patients receive a spectacle and or contact lenses prescription. Your doctor may suggest specific lens materials and lens features to optimize your vision with new glasses/contact lenses.
